It's been a while, I know.  I've been busy with some more important real-world things that have kept me from posting writeups on my personal blog. This is also unfortunately not a writeup.

This is about me passing the GIAC Red Team Professional (GRTP) test following the SANS Red Team Operations and Adversary Emulation course. It's a great course overall, though I would say that anyone with significant (4-5+ years) blue-team experience should be mostly bored by the first half of it.

It's still a great course, the second half was much more challenging from a blue team experience perspective. The in-depth training on exactly how Windows Domain authentication works and how it can be exploited is fantastic.

I attended the course in person in New Orleans and it was fantastic being at an in-person SANS course and event after roughly 5 years since the last time I could do an in person course with them. They - like always - make sure you have everything you need for the best learning environment. On the last day (day 6), I competed in the CTF and won one of the challenge coins.
